  1. Shipping Charges: You will be charged the exact amount shown in your shopping cart. For some orders (including orders that exceed a certain weight) you may need to place your order via email in order for us to custom quote your shipping charges. On most orders, we subsidize some of the shipping costs to keep your delivered price as low as possible. With some shipping methods such as USPS your shipping cost may include a small fee for self-insurance, packing materials, and handling. Tomax.hk is not responsible for additional customs/duties
     

  2. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
     

  3. Orders are processed timely after the payment verification.
     

  4. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
     

  5. The images shown are not the actual item and are for your reference only.
     

  6. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
     

  7. If you have not received your order after 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will trace your order and get back to you asap. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
     

  8. Delivery Time:15-55 days. before 60 days, please do not open a dispute.
     

  9. If you do not receive it in time, please contact us to make a refund or send you a new package

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer replacements for defective items if the defects occurred during delivery.

  • The return process is simple. Just take a photo on the defective goods, parcel and consignment note then email us at spl@tomax.hk.

  • We will bear the shipping charges for replacements.

  • The return policy will only be effective for a period of 14 days from the time you receive it from the shipping agent.
